The intelligence warfighting function and its tasks, intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT, GEOINT), Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE) four-step process, ISR synchronization, processing/exploitation/dissemination (PED), and intelligence support to targeting.
Every board from SSG up will ask about the intelligence WFF and IPOE. Knowing the four steps of IPOE and the intelligence disciplines cold — not just the acronyms but what each one collects — shows operational depth. The question bank was audited in 2026.
