1. What Is Protected

The following elements are the exclusive intellectual property of ArmyADP.com:
- The selection, arrangement, and categorization of board study questions
- The quiz format, flow, scoring logic, and voice-guided study system
- Topic organization, study structure, and subject groupings
- PMCS checklist format, layout, and digital interface design
- All original copy, descriptions, labels, and instructional text
- The site design, visual layout, and user experience
Government-sourced reference text (FM, ADP, ATP, AR, TC publications) is in the public domain and is not claimed by ArmyADP.com. Our copyright covers the curation, format, and arrangement — not the underlying government text.
2. Prohibited Uses
The following are expressly prohibited without prior written permission:
- ✕Copying, scraping, or reproducing questions, answers, or content in bulk
- ✕Publishing or redistributing our content on another website, app, or platform
- ✕Selling, licensing, or commercially exploiting our content in any form
- ✕Creating derivative works based on our question sets or quiz format
- ✕Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction of site content
- ✕Framing or embedding this site's content within another site without permission
Violations may result in DMCA takedown notices to hosting providers, platform operators, and domain registrars, as well as civil litigation seeking damages under 17 U.S.C. § 504, including statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on ArmyADP.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following under penalty of perjury:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our site (URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 10 business days. Incomplete or bad-faith notices will not be processed.
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe content was removed from ArmyADP.com in error, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address
Send counter-notices to the same address above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
ArmyADP.com maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Users or entities that repeatedly infringe our copyright will have their access terminated and may be reported to their hosting provider, platform operator, or internet service provider. We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our content.
