Built by Soldiers. Run by Soldiers.
This is your site. Built by Soldiers, run by Soldiers. Ask questions, share what you know, and help the next person in line get promoted.
HOW WE SHARE KNOWLEDGE
The Ways We've Always Done It
What Questions Were Asked at Your Board?
Post your board question, your study struggle, or anything you're not sure about. Someone who's been there will answer.
Share Your Board Intel
Just passed your board? Drop the questions they hit you with. Tell us what topics came up. Your intel is worth more than you think.
Answer What You Know
Browse questions other Soldiers are struggling with. If you know the answer, post it. That's how the NCO community works.
Get on the Wall of Fame
Soldiers who contribute board intel, flag bad answers, or help others study get recognized. Your name on the wall means something.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
This Is a Two-Way Street
We want this site to become a two-way street where we can collectively make things better for our Leaders. Here is what we need from you.
Counseling Statements (DA 4856)
Send copies of counseling statements so we can share them with fellow NCOs. All identifying information must be removed before submitting.
Board Study Topics
Send any subjects you need added for boards. List them in priority order and include the publication if you know it.
NCOER Bullet Statements
Provide as many NCOER bullet statements as you can. We will organize them by category so every NCO can find what they need.
Suggestions & Other Information
Provide any other suggestions or information so we can ensure our new and seasoned NCOs have as much information as possible.
HOW WE ROLL
The Standard We Hold
Respect the Uniform
This is a professional community. Treat every Soldier here the way you'd want to be treated in formation.
Cite Your Sources
If you're posting a question or answer, know where it comes from. ADP, ADRP, FM — cite the pub.
Current Pubs Only
Don't post questions from old study guides. If it's not from a current publication, it doesn't belong here.
No Gaming the System
Don't spam submissions to inflate your standing. One good submission beats ten bad ones every time.
Every Soldier Who Contributes Makes This Stronger.
The question bank started with one NCO typing out questions from publications. Now it has 3,300+. Every Soldier who submits board intel, flags a bad answer, or helps another Soldier study makes this site more valuable for the next person. That's the NCO way.
