Perform these checks weekly or every 25 flight hours, whichever comes first.

Lubricate main rotor head components — grease all fittings per lubrication chart; check for wear at blade grips and pitch links
Lubricate tail rotor head and pitch change mechanism — apply grease per lubrication chart; check for wear
Inspect and lubricate tail rotor drive shaft hanger bearings — check for wear, looseness, and proper lubrication
Check all flight control cables and push-pull tubes — inspect for fraying, kinking, or damage; check turnbuckles and rod ends
Inspect swashplate and scissors assembly — check for wear, cracks, and security of all hardware
Check landing gear strut inflation — inflate to correct pressure per TM; check for leaks at strut seals
Inspect all hydraulic lines and fittings — check for chafing, leaks, and security of clamps and fittings
Check battery electrolyte level and specific gravity — top off with distilled water if low; clean terminals
Clean and inspect engine air particle separators — remove debris; check for damage to separator vanes
Inspect all fuel caps, vents, and drains — check for security and condition; drain sumps for water contamination
NFMC — No Further Movement Criteria. Any fault on an NFMC item means the vehicle is non-mission-capable and must not be dispatched until repaired. Annotate on DA Form 5988 immediately.
